When raising the return request, you will
be asked for information that is relevant to your return process and
requirements. If you do not provide this information, then we may not be unable
to process your return.
Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.
Indus Seller is committed to provide complete customer satisfaction and we examine all of the return cases on top priority. In the rarest care of product defect, we accept product returns and provide you with either a store credits, refund or replacement if:
· You must notify us via the email@example.com within 7 days of taking delivery of your product and request a return under this policy.
· The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality. The product is not fit for its intended purpose or the product does not match the sample or our description.
· The product is in saleable condition with all original sealed packaging or tags attached and where the product seal is not broken or tampered.
· Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, be in new condition suitable for resale, and must not have been damaged during the time the product is in your possession, including up until we receive the product.
· The product must be returned to us within 20 business days of your request to return your product.
· You must return the product at your own cost and you must comply with the directions for returning the product that our staff provide to you. The product will remain your responsibility during transit until they are received at the address supplied by our staff. We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may occur during transit.
· Return and Refund requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase / Online Tax invoice documents showing successful purchase payment transection details.
· If you are unable to provide satisfactory Proof of Purchase, we are unable to provide you with a change of mind return or exchange.
· If there is no proof of the delivery date it will be assumed to be 5 business days from the date of dispatch of the product.
· After receiving the returned product, we will issue a store credit as soon possible and you will be provided with e-mail acknowledgement.
