Delivery and Shipping Policy
Delivery Timelines.
Indus Sellers relies on our most Trusted AUSTRALIA POST Network to ensure our Products are delivered safely and timely. To avoid any confusion and maintain the transparency we offer a Flat Rate Shipment regardless to size and dimensions of products you purchase from us.
Below is our Delivery Charter*
*Indus Sellers is highly committed to provide on time deliveries across Australia. However, please note that delivery to certain Non-metro, Regional cities, or remote areas including Cairns, Darwin, Townsville are may be slower and subjected to road and weather conditions.
Free Shipping Eligibility: All order of $49 and
above are eligible for free standard delivery within Australia.
Free
Pickup Eligibility: All orders of any value can be picked up on Next Business
Day from Hornsby Water Clock, Westfield Hornsby NSW 2077.
Order Handling
We will take less than 1 day for Order Processing and Ready for Shipment.
Delivery Locations:
Indus Sellers will provide the Delivery to all Physical Addresses
except; Pack Station / Embassy / BP's/ PO Boxes / Lockers.
Delivery Communication
For all order which are successfully place by you and accepted by
Indus Sellers. We will send an email notification on your registered email ID
above when the order delivers. It will include a Tracking ID link where you can check tracking information.
Tracking information
Tracking ID information will be available only after your order ships. You can find them on your Order Details page. In rare case of “tracking ID not available”, please wait seven days beyond the estimated delivery date if the delivery was delayed. The estimated ship date is a general estimate. However, if your order has not been delivered by the estimated delivery date, contact us as order@indusselles.com.au . If your order has shipped, but you still cannot see tracking information, note the following:
It can take a while for carriers to update their tracking information. Allow at least a day after shipment for tracking information to appear.
Some carriers provide tracking details, but they do not use tracking numbers. Tracking numbers are generally not supported for international shipments.
Delivery Hours
For Standard and Express Delivery Orders; the couriers or postal services nominated by Indus Sellers will deliver Products during local business hours (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday).
For all Local Pickups Orders can be picked up on Next Business Day from Hornsby Water Clock, Westfield Hornsby NSW 2077. Please reach us at 1300 430 311 to schedule the order handover.
Delivery acceptance
Where a Customer gives written authority for Products to be delivered without a signature, any and all included insurance cover will be voided.
Delivery Follow-up.
Once Products have been
dispatched, it is the Customers responsibility to liaise with the courier
nominated by Indus Sellers (as notified to the Customer) in relation to date
and time of delivery. Indus Sellers shall not be liable for any inaccuracy of
information provided to Customers relating to the date and time of delivery.
Handling Delivery Delays and Disputes.
The date of dispatch listed on the Website is the estimated date of dispatch as is reasonably estimated by Indus Sellers. Where scheduled dispatch of a Product is delayed by more than one week, Customers will be notified by e-mail via the e-mail address nominated in their Order. You are permitted to cancel your Order and receive a refund or store credit at any time prior to dispatch of the Product(s).
From time to time, it is
possible that shipping and other factors outside of Our control may result in
delays. Indus Sellers does not accept any liability for loss or damage suffered
by anyone as a result of any such delays.
Faulty or damaged goods
Indus
Sellers will replace or refund faulty or damaged Products in accordance with
the Indus Sellers Customer Charter and Your rights under the
Australian Consumer Law. Please refer the Return Policies.
DELIVERY AND SHIPMENT FAQs
Can I get Express Shipping in Perth?
Unfortunately
for our Perth & WA customers with postcodes outside 6000-6005 & 800-6899,
there will be a longer than normal delivery time, even if you choose express
Shipping, which is an issue to do with Australia Post's delivery network.
What
if I have entered the wrong delivery address?
If
you entered an incorrect delivery address, please get in touch with our
customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our very best to fix it
up before your order is dispatched.
Unfortunately, if your order has already been dispatched it may be too late. However, if your order is returned to us, we will happily redeliver it to your correct address. Depending on your location additional delivery fees may apply.
What
do I do if my order hasn’t arrived in your estimated timescale?
If you can have a little more patience for another 4 business days and if the order haven’t arrived by then, please email or call us. If your order has tracking and you are concerned about any status updates (such as a delay, or a delivery that you haven't received), please contact Australia Post on 13 76 78 or on their website here and they may be able to provide more information on your delivery.

days do you post orders?
Australia
Post Delivers on Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
If I’m not home what will happen to my order?
- If you are weren't home when the courier tried to deliver it,
then you should find a calling card in your letterbox, which will let you know
where you can collect it from your local AUSTRALIA POST Office.
- If you requested to have your order left at your home without a signature being required (sometimes known as Safe Drop), unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the delivery of your order as you've specified that it was safe to leave unattended.
Do
you ship outside of Australia?

we are concentrating to fulfill orders within Australia only.
